Peter MacPhersonWhen I was first contacted two years ago and made aware of the Actinic program, I felt it probably wasn't for me; I was...how can I put it...a bit of a computer dummy. However, eventually I was persuaded to have a look at the program 'in action', as it were. I was guided through the basic ins and outs of Actinic. After about 10 minutes I realised that even I could use this program to set up my website as it was so simple.
While setting up the website over the months that followed, I encountered a few technical problems. This is where teclan's support came in very handy. I phoned several times for support and always got quick and helpful assistance. Every question I asked was answered confidently and precisely in a language that I could understand, rather than in incomprehensible computer jargon.
I launched my new website in December 2006 and was delighted to receive 12 orders in the first 2 days. That's more than what my old website received in its final 2 months. Since then, sales have been nice and steady.
Finally, as a local myself, I would just like to say that it is refreshing to deal with a local company who I can nip along the road to see if I ever have any problems.
I would definitely recommend Actinic to anyone looking to build a website.
