Important Information

Your purchase or use of one of teclan's Actinic Themes implies that you have read and accepted our these Terms and Conditions.

License

Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products created by teclan sold through our website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the 'license') issued by our company.

a) Limited Usage Granted

You may use each individual template on a single Actinic software licence only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design on another copy of Actinic regardless of version number or indeed whether or not you, or your company own the additional software licence. In the case of Versions of Actinic multi site then the template may be used on other sites within that software, however, multiple use in Designer version where the intent is to supply the design to third parties is not permittable.

b) Imagery, Clipart and Fonts

All imagery, clipart and fonts used in our templates are royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images, clipart and fonts only as a part of the website you build using your template. You can use imagery, clipart and fonts to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is prohibited.

c) Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.

d) Installations

We do not install any of our products that require this. Installation is a paid service, which is not included in the package price.

e) Unauthorised Use

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

f) Assignability

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from teclan.

g) Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

h) Information Disclosure

You may not disclose any order information which includes but is not limited to Order ID, download link, etc.

Our Refund Policy

Since teclan is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read 'sources available' section. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. This is a required condition.

Third Party Services

teclan may, in certain circumstances, use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the website. teclan does not control those third parties or their services, and you agree that our company will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You must comply with such terms and policies as well as these TOS when you use these services. If any such terms or policies conflict with teclan's TOS, agreements or policies, you must comply with teclan's TOS, agreements or policies, as applicable.

Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.
