IMPORTANT NOTICE

PROTX will be performing a scheduled system upgrade of our live system at the following time:

Sunday 22nd June     09:00:00

This means that you will be unable to view historical transactions in VSP Admin while the upgrade takes place, however this data will be restored during the course of the day.
You will be able to view the status of the upgrade onhttp://www.protx.com/monitorvsp.aspwhich will be updated regularly, however if you need to get in touch with PROTX their support lines will be open from 9am on 22nd June.

The upgrade will involve moving the PROTX Live Payment Gateway to a new data centre, along with a hardware upgrade. This allows PROTX to increase the resilience of their systems, helping support your online growth.

PROTX will be changing the IP addresses of the ukvps.protx.com domain during the upgrade.
