teclan, the UK's leading Internet Retail Specialists, is celebrating after gaining the esteemed national “Investors in People” award. 18th Feb 2009
The Investors in People Standard recognises high quality of management in companies that put their people at the heart of what they do.
To achieve the standard, an organisation must show that it is committed to improving the learning and development opportunities for its employees.
teclan has worked towards accreditation over the last 12 months and was highly praised by the assessors and even recommended as a future case study for Investors in People.
