Sales Support Leader

Your Skills:
You will be passionate about developing outstanding customer relationships. You must be an excellent communicator, highly organised, able to work within a fixed timescale and with high attention to detail. You will also have a good, working knowledge of the internet and also be able to identify and find solutions to customer queries quickly and challenges.
The Role:
You will primarily be involved directly in creating, building and growing teclan's high quality customer relationships. You will be communicating teclan's quality ecommerce products and services to teclan’s customers, working closely within the existing teclan team to ensure delivery within deadlines. This role also involves supporting and advising customers regularly, directly assisting in the success of our ecommerce customers. You will be based in our Inverness office. You will be expected to be a quick learner and to be able to work under pressure on a range of different tasks.
Salaries start from £12,500* per annum *depending on relevant experience. We provide full in-house training with external certification where applicable.
