Richard Carson- Search Engine and Marketing With several years at senior level within BT's customer service department Richard has a wealth of business experience which he brings to the SEO department.
Richard deals with all aspects of marketing and search engine optimisation.
Prachi Deshpande (BE Computer Science) - Internet Retail Specilialist - Marketing, design and technical supportOur online marketing and SEO guru, Prachi, educated at Mumbai University to degree level, brings an all round high quality to teclan. The development and delivery of excellent tools and processes to improve retail website marketing and Search Engine exposure has proven a vital ingredient to teclan's success.
Reuben Shek - Hosting and Services Reuben is a graduate in Computer Science from Aberdeen University and has been extensively trained in all aspects of ecommerce software, hosting and web technologies.
James Park- Web Design and Graphic artist James is a graduate from Glasgow University with a Bsc/BA Computer Animation. James joined the teclan team after relocating to the beautiful Highlands of Scotland bring his unique visuals skills to teclan.

Fergus Weir - Managing Director Fergus has been working and programming on the Internet since 1992. A management career with Tesco, coupled with a 10 year IT web-based career has given Fergus a deep understanding of how the Internet's emerging technologies can be leveraged to the advantage of businesses today.
Drew Hendry - ChairmanDrew founded teclan in 1999 after trying to set up an online retail store and indentifying a real need for help for emerging Internet retailers.
With 10 years of retail management, Drew has worked at Director level with Swedish manufacturing company Electrolux, dealing with many European factories and with Germany's AEG before moving to the Highlands. Drew is currently a councillor with the Highland Council.

Nicola MacLaren - Web Design Consultant Nicola's background consists of 6 years of teclan training and development along with 3 years typographical setting and marketing with a multimedia publishing company as well as a local radio DJ before making the decision to join teclan and develop, deliver and excel the quality and standard of the web design work teclan offer.
