  • Run energising and efficient projects keeping momentum high
  • Collaborate across the team to ensure high-quality outputs
  • Maintain accurate documentation, tracking project progress and reporting on status
  • Contribute to improving delivery processes and playbooks over time
  • Support internal accountability by coordinating across functions with clarity and consistency

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous Project Management or Project Coordination experience
  • Experience managing service-based or client delivery projects
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
  • Friendly, confident communicator who manages expectations with ease
  • Proven ability to build and nurture successful client relationships
  • Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
