What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary contact for digital growth clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring satisfaction.
- Develop quarterly strategies for each client, grounded in performance data and growth opportunities.
- Monitor campaign and project performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and digital growth specialists to ensure seamless delivery.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations that clearly communicate results, learnings, and next steps.
- Proactively identify opportunities for optimisation, upselling, or service expansion.
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Bring (Required)
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or project management (2+ years).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a focus on client success.
Desirable but Not Required
- Experience with digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO, email marketing, or content.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) or creative tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Understanding of marketing performance metrics and reporting tools.
