About the Role
teclan is excited to offer an entry-level opportunity for a Digital Growth Trainee to join our growing team. This role is designed for someone looking to start their career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience across a broad range of digital growth channels.
As a Digital Growth Trainee, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and learn how to deliver campaigns that drive measurable results for clients. You’ll gain practical exposure to paid advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO and digital strategy, while developing a strong foundation in the tools, platforms and techniques that underpin modern digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
With guidance and mentoring, your responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Support: Assisting with the setup, monitoring and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.
- Email Marketing: Supporting the planning, design and scheduling of email campaigns, while learning how to analyse engagement and improve performance.
- Social Media: Helping to create and schedule social content, monitor activity and engage with audiences across key platforms.
- SEO/GEO Support: Learning how to research keywords, optimise website content and track search performance to improve visibility.
- Content Creation: Assisting with copywriting and content for adverts, emails, blogs and social media posts.
- Reporting & Analysis: Collecting data and supporting the preparation of reports that highlight campaign performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Strategy Creation: Contributing ideas and supporting the team in developing strategies aligned with client goals and growth objectives.
- Continuous Learning: Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is keen to learn and build a career in digital growth. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their digital marketing journey who brings energy, curiosity and a strong work ethic to everything they do.
You do not need extensive experience. What matters most is your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
You’ll be someone who:
- Is genuinely enthusiastic about digital marketing and eager to develop new skills
- Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in doing things properly, even when learning something new
- Is proactive, organised and able to manage tasks and deadlines effectively
- Is keen to ask questions, take feedback on board and continuously improve
- Has good written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Is comfortable working as part of a team and supporting others
- Shows initiative and is happy to get stuck in and try new things
An interest in paid advertising, social media, SEO, content creation or email marketing is a bonus, but not essential. We are far more interested in your mindset and approach to work.
