Despite being one of the youngest members of our team, Caitlin has become a key part of our operations, contributing significantly to delivering outstanding results for our clients through her leadership and commitment to continuous improvement.
Jackie
Chief Finance Officer
Jackie brings a wealth of experience from both e-commerce and retail Head Office environments.. As CFO at teclan, she oversees the company’s accounts and financial processes while continuing to provide valuable support to the team. Outside of work, Jackie also serves as a local councillor, reflecting her passion for supporting communities and helping make a positive difference locally.
Rory
Head Web Designer
Our head web designer Rory has been crafting websites for businesses of all sizes for more than 22 years and is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh with an MA (Hons) in English Language & Literature. Rory works on delivering great web and email experiences for all our design and marketing clients.
Stephen
Technical and Automation
Stephen has a BSc in Computer Science and Software Development from UHI and has worked in web and software development since 2010. Alongside his Digital Marketing work, Stephen looks after the technical side of things at teclan, including hosting, security, automation and web development.
Axel
Web Developer and Technical Support
Axel brings a rich background in yachting to his recent career transition into the tech world. Axel supports both the web development and technical support departments, ensuring smooth sailing for our projects and clients alike.
Joel
Digital Growth Executive
Joel brings experience from the property sector, where he completed a Business Apprenticeship and Management qualification. With knowledge in social media, email marketing, and more, Joel is focused on achieving results for our clients and learning all things digital growth every day.
Abby
Digital Growth Trainee
With a background in Fine Arts, Abby brings creativity, attention to detail, and a fresh perspective to the work she supports across digital projects, content, and social media. Her artistic background helps her approach projects thoughtfully and creatively.
Adrian
Copy Writing & Quality Assurance
Adrian began his working career with the print media industry in Australia, and over 40 years has written and produced marketing campaigns for both local and national advertisers. A published author, his experience includes running a marketing and graphic design business, along with extraordinary copywriting and proofing skills.
