More bug fixes and patches. Setting Definitions expand to Locations, Pages and Shipping methods giving you more options to play with.

This month mainly sees bug fixes all round with one addition of now being able to filter orders based on if they have flags or not.

This month, selecting a flag from the bulk action menu gets a lot easier, shipping methods can now be limited by customer group and bug fixes including one preventing Moto only payment methods from being used in the admin.
